During a long expedition. At first, we opened a bottle of this one, which uses Shimanto River subsoil water as the brewing water.
The soft and relaxed flavor overlaps with the image of the smooth surface of the Shimanto River.
This is a bottle that gave me a taste of the real pleasure of traveling and encountering sake that I would not normally encounter. It is delicious.
