The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival ①.
In the morning, I secretly observed my son's kendo promotion exam, where I happened to meet and talk with his teacher from junior high school. He has retired from teaching and is now coaching once a week as an outside coach. After more than 30 years, I could clearly feel the passage of time...
From noon, we participated in the Hankyu Kuramoto Festival.
Mr. bouken was here early, sorry for making you wait 🙏.
We soon met and greeted Usagigoten-san.
We started with a brewery that doesn't come to Kansai very often.
The Seisen and Takeoka booths.
Seisen Junmai-shu
A standard junmai sake with a slight sweetness, umami flavor and dry sharpness.
◉Seisen Akigari
A very good sake with a sharp aftertaste.
◉Seisen Junmai Ginjo
A little bit of alkalinity, but a crisp, clean dry taste.
◉Seisen St. Spring Junmai Ginjo Genshu
Low alcohol and slightly sweet. A little complex from start to finish.
The Seisen brand is a bit more dry than the one labeled with kanji characters.
The difference between the brands is that Seisen uses Chiba Prefecture's Fusa Kogane rice. Takeoka] uses rice from all over Japan.
Due to character limit, I posted this separately from Takeoka.
