Maturing with unpasteurized sake❓
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm going to try it.

It seems to have been aged for a year as a raw sake😌.
It's a matured sake, but the recommendation is to cool it down to around 5°C✨.

The aroma is... woody and nutty with a bit of an aged feel to it, but on the palate... it's insanely sweet and the flavor is amazing, and it's mellow and blends right in without disturbing anything☺️.

This might be the most shocking thing I've had in a while... I've been wanting to follow up with a lot of things, so I'm running to the liquor store😌.
