I'm not a fan of Yamahai, but Miyako Bijin has a good reputation, so I bought it.
It has none of the strong lactic acidity characteristic of Yamahai.
It is a Junmai Ginjo sake with a strong aroma of rice.
I would like to try the other Miyako Bijin as well!
