Seiichi
Freshly squeezed raw sake, only available at this time of year! It's also 20 degrees. This is my first experience with nigori and high alcohol.
It has a refreshing aroma in the mouth. As soon as it goes down your throat, you'll feel a rush. The crispness is amazing. Considering the alcohol content, I feel that this sharpness is one of the main characteristics of this sake.
