When I wander around the sake section of a department store, I often see people receiving gift-wrapped Otter Sake, which was also given to me by a prominent person in my company. I was surprised to see such a highly polished sake.
Anyway, I am very grateful.
Since it was so special, I had it on New Year's Day, 2026.
It is a Daiginjo with a single taste and aroma without any mixture. It has a low alcohol content, but it is similar to rice shochu.
