In December, I accidentally bought a bottle at my usual liquor store in front of Omagari Station. I had trouble keeping it in the refrigerator (laugh).
The points of purchase were that the rice was produced by Kenji Miyazawa and that it was wrapped in newspaper. I am grateful for something.
I'm drinking it at maybe 20 degrees Celsius, and I get the impression of a mixture of the gorgeous Tohoku-ness of the mouthfeel and the sake aftertaste that follows. It is a solid sake.
Delicious.
It is said to be manufactured until March 2023.
