The taste has a strong acidity at first, but it soon becomes clean and mellow, and finishes refreshingly clean.
Easy to drink and delicious!
I thought it would be a little sweeter because of the low alcohol content, but it is surprisingly quite dry and has a fuller flavor than expected, making it very drinkable.
But the overall balance is well maintained.
It's hard to believe it's made with 90% polished rice and reused ingredients.
