SAMURAIZ
Isshaku-Suisei's Sasanigori is reasonably priced at 1,540 yen.
When the bottle is opened, the gas is released.
When poured into a glass, it is slightly cloudy.
In the mouth, there is a fine gasiness. It has a slight sweetness of white peaches and white grapes, followed immediately by sourness and bitterness, and then it quickly quenches.
It is a bit hard to keep drinking this by itself.
Since it is an Akita sake, we enjoyed it with Iburi Gakko cream cheese.
