The back of the label says it is good cold, but I like it at about 10 degrees.
I feel it has a strong flavor. It is mellow.
I think it is better to drink it as a food sake.
I have the impression that the flavor changes a lot if it is kept in the refrigerator, so be careful to control the temperature.
