For my first Tsuchida, I tried Hatsushibori no Ichi, which is made with nama-moto (raw malted rice) and uses yellow malted rice for shochu. It is quite particular. It was sweet, refreshingly sour, and delicious 😋😋.
Since I bought the March Sake issue of dancyu, I decided to buy something from the magazine and here is what I chose 🤗.
