I found this one on an expedition to Shiga, too.
I bought the label. If you look closely, you can see the hem of a pair of jeans!
When I touched it, it felt a little rough like jeans, and the brand name is raised as if it was painted. Nice 👍.
I heard it is called "Umaregara Jiyu" (meaning "born again" in Japanese). I just found out by looking it up lol
It uses malic acid high productivity yeast No.77.
I see, the aroma is apple! Tastes like apple🍎 cider without the gas.
Sweet, but with a light bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste. Easy to drink.
