It's mid-September before I know it... It's been another hot and long summer, and the calendar has turned to autumn 🍂.
As usual, I always take a peek at the liquor section of the supermarket while grocery shopping.
Well, I don't expect to find it since I'm not a sake specialist... but for some reason, one store has it 🤩... Toyo Bijin ✨.
This is the 💁 fall limited edition Jun Dai 😁.
Well, let's open the bottle right away 🍶🍶.
The aroma...hmmm! Hmmm!
I've had a lot of sake with a fruity aroma, but... it's something different 🤔.
If I had to say...it's like the smokiness of a baked apple instead of a raw apple ❓.
When you take a sip, you get the impression that the rich sweetness described on the tag is spreading, but the aftertaste disappears easily.
I can only use a personal analogy...it tastes like freshly eaten apples 🍎 = I love the taste of the Goddess Shizuku and Winter Poem that I drank in the past.
This one tastes like aged apples made into an apple pie = I love you Autumn Poem
I'm not sure how to describe it, but I hope you get the idea 😅.
I think it is autumnal 🤔.
Day 2: 🗒️
The flavor is more delicious: ⤴️
And at the same time, a little bit smokiness.... But the overall balance is excellent 👍
