Yumi Uematsu Ito
The first sake of the New Year was here, introduced to me by a company colleague.
It was originally a secret sake from the brewery that was not available to the public.
I imagined it to be more of a dry sake, but surprisingly it was not so dry and easy to drink.
It goes well with Osechi.
