It's a three-class alcohol, so you don't get a lot of aroma.
But there is a faint floral aroma.
The bubbles are quite strong, like a slightly sweet sparkling wine.
The sweetness and umami are felt, and the acidity brings the flavors together.
Anyway, the quality of the sake is beautiful and the taste is fresh.
Hououmida has many delicious sakes, but this is one of them!
I'm glad I bought it!
