One of the sake I wanted to drink, Senkou! Gentle, refreshing aroma like yogurt or muscat, a little bit of a schwash, and a gentle sweetness from the tasty acidity. Clear watery mouthfeel. Delicious. When the temperature rises, it has a different feel and is also delicious.
