Ishi-chan's SAKE journey, the third installment is brewer Kuheiji. Hmm, it is no longer available on Amazon Prime. Too bad. Watching this, I thought that the brewery itself is reflected in the taste of Kuheiji. Is sake a work of art? Is it the same as a Monet-like painting or a Vermeer-like painting? Knowing the characteristics of the brand and knowing the brewer may be synonymous.
