Spring limited edition Kuheiji. I always buy this kind of delicious sake, but I always let it languish in the fridge, too lazy to waste it, and miss out on its freshness, so this time I drank it right away.
Not too sweet, not too spicy. If you are used to sweet sake, the sweetness may seem weak. Personally, I felt that I would rather drink this sake while enjoying it with some tsumami (Japanese pickles) rather than drinking it between meals.
