This is Urakasumi style, which is dry and light, and the charm of the brewery that originated the No. 12 yeast is in full bloom. Slight acidity accentuates the taste. Both are delicious. When I was a student in Sendai, I could hardly drink Urakasumi because of its popular and expensive image.
