The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) It's a super-harsh unpasteurized sake that's been stored for a year. It has a ripe taste, but it's fresh because it's unpasteurized. It's not the way to go if you want to heat it up. The lightness and smoothness on the palate makes 19 degrees a bit scary! I bought a bottle of Kikuhide Junmai!
