Mimurosugi純米吟醸 山田錦
海の男
When poured into a glass, it has a surprisingly fruity aroma. I thought it would be dry since it was not labeled as "nama-zake," but it was surprisingly sweet and fruity. It is fresh, sweet, and delicious. When the sake is slightly lukewarm, the sourness comes out and it is sweet and sour. It is a little sweet, but it has no cloying taste and is very sharp and tasty.
