The fourth bottle of nigorizake for the week was a souvenir from my visit to Shizuoka, a fern cider.
I bought it at Komeyasu Sake Shop in Shizuoka City. It is a completely unknown sake.
It's called a cider, but it's a very fizzy nigori sake. It doesn't have an apple aroma, but it does have a mild rice aroma.
You can feel the sourness at first, but gradually the sweetness and the deliciousness come.
The aftertaste is a little bitter, but it finishes quickly.
It is relatively dry. Because of the ori, it has a moderate sweetness.

On the second day, the impression changed to one where the acidity came to the fore. Overall, it became more coherent and tasty.
