びびず
I had heard that everyone at Sake-no-wa was drinking Tenbi, and I wanted to try it myself, so the other day my wife and I went for a drive and procured some at the roadside station, Ofuku.
It was a refreshing drink, reminiscent of fruity sparkling water. It goes well with all kinds of food, and I can drink it with gusto. I think if I let it sit for a while, the carbonation will wear off and I will be able to enjoy a different Amami, so I will give it a try.
Tonight, I will enjoy it with squid sashimi, Matsumaezuke pickles, and Itawanawa-sa.
