Aroma: peaches in syrup, nectar. Japanese Sanbon. There is also a lactic acid feeling.
On the palate, I felt a slight thickening, a good amount of syrupy sweetness, and a slight sansho-like flavor and spiciness in the back.
When you swallow it, the sweetness fades out and the spicy bitterness stays on your tongue.
Although the sweetness is strong, it does not linger and you can feel the sake in the second half.
It is very good!
