I hadn't drunk Shichiken before, but I saw a good one on sale at Yokohama Takashimaya, so I bought it.
I usually drink only Junmai, but this one is Honjozo.
When I drank it, I found that it was a very tasty sake, with a good amount of umami, and a sweet aftertaste.
I've been avoiding it until now, but I'm impressed that they can make such a good sake from honjozo.
By the way, the price is as low as 1,100 yen.
I'll be keeping an eye on Shichiken in the future.
