Shinshu Kirei純米吟醸 山恵錦 無濾過生原酒
rinThe aroma is mild, and the fresh mouthfeel has a slight gassy feeling. After the refreshing acidity comes a mellow sweetness typical of Shinshu Kamerei. In the latter half, it disappears smoothly with a little graininess.
Compared to the Kamerei we have had so far, the sweetness is restrained, and it is a delicious sake with a beautiful sake quality.
