Good balance of sweetness and acidity. The acidity is especially pleasant. Also, the aroma that leaves after drinking is wonderful.
I paired it with tonight's menu, Yokkaichi tonteki (pork tenderloin), meat and potatoes, Mugen green peppers, and sakataki cream cheese, and I think it is an excellent sake that complements all dishes.
