Hajime KimuraThis sake is from Kinai Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Ichihasama, Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture, famous for Wataya. Unlike Wataya, this sake is junmai (pure rice), but in a good sense, it is quite light. Kosansui" is the name of the spring water they use, and as you can see, the sake is as refreshing as water. The moment you take a sip, the sweetness of the rice and the aroma that wafts into your nose comes one tempo later, as if it were really water. It does not leave much of an aftertaste and makes you want to take another sip right away.
