The rice and rice malt are 100% Omachi, produced in Japan, and the rice polishing ratio is 60%.
When poured into a glass, it has a light golden color. In the mouth, you can enjoy a refreshing yet gentle taste, followed by the sweetness and umami of the rice. The aftertaste is rather refreshing, with a slight spiciness that is well balanced. It is very tasty, with a strong umami flavor, but not too much of a harsh taste.
