Sake purchased on a trip is my companion for this evening. When I opened the bottle at the inn, it had a slightly unpleasant organic smell. It smells like cemedine. In the mouth, there is a sweetness followed by a strong acidity. The first impression is not the best. However, the atmosphere changes when it is paired with sashimi. It is well-balanced and easy to drink. Sake from Shizuoka may be difficult to find.
