Purchased at Naito Sake Shop in Gotanda.
I was surprised at the great selection of cup sake.
It is an amazing liquor store.
I have had plus 5 and plus 7, but never plus 10.
It has a fluffy, soft rice and alcohol aroma.
The taste is sour and full of rice flavor.
Recently, there are many junmai sake that are ginjo-like, but the old-fashioned junmai sake is still good.
