雪之烝
Today's bottle. I bought this bottle after much hesitation.
My first impression was "dry". It is quite tangy.
From light sweetness to tangy (((o(*▽▽*)o))))
It is like sansho (Japanese pepper).
As time goes by, the spiciness will soften and a different face will emerge. It seems to go well with a variety of snacks, and I wonder if it can be enjoyed as a food sake in a wide range of dishes.
