The second bottle of April's Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house.
This one is Junmai Daiginjo. I take a sip, thinking it won't be that different.
Oh, well? It's different! You can taste the strong umami, good acidity, and bitterness. I definitely prefer this one!
The flavor is refined due to the fact that it is polished to 40%, and I can't help but gobble it up.
Thanks and sorry, Dad. I've emptied the four-pack 🤣.
