I bought this at a liquor store I often go to on holidays.
It is a little bit soft ❓I can feel the depth and nourishment like a mead. Some people may find it too thick (it may be liked or disliked by different people). It is also characterized by acidity, which changes into umami when warmed. This is one of those bottles that makes you want to relax while sipping it.
I won't drink it in the summer, but I want to drink it in the fall and winter.
