Yuki no Bosha秘伝山廃 純米吟醸
enoshima
I received a bottle of Snow Kayasha Hiden Yamahai Junmai Ginjo.
It was brought to me the other day when I drank it at my house with my colleagues from work 😊.
The nose has a fruity ginjo aroma that wafts into the glass.
In the mouth, the sweetness and sourness of the astringency spreads quickly with an apple-like overtone that exceeds the standing aroma, and finishes with a soft sweetness.
It finishes with a soft sweetness!
It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and astringency, and while the sweetness prevails at the end, it is not too heavy 👍.
Today's entrée was simmered chicken wings and daikon radish and grilled tuna kama with salt 🎵Both went well with the Kayasha 👌
