A sake that has been pushed to the back of our cupboard and forgotten so much. It is stored at room temperature and manufactured in 2023.04, so I wonder...
I will drink it cold.
The first aroma is a little sweet with a slight graininess.
The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge.
The aroma is a little yellowish and clear.
The taste seems to have changed a little.
It has a slight sweetness and a matured bitter chocolate and grain taste.
The aftertaste is a deep, rich, complex flavor that lingers on the tongue.
There is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue, followed by a refreshingly spicy aftertaste.
Totally drinkable, but something more complex?
