This is Sato Ubei, a limited edition Akita sake from Shinmasa.
One sip and it tastes like clean, natural water, unlike any other Shinmasa I have ever tasted.

Alcohol content: 14%.
Rice polishing ratio: 30%.
Yeast: Kyokai No. 6
