雪之烝Today's bottle. It has little aroma, but sweetness comes at once in the mouth. It is fruity, and even if you don't like sake, if it is chilled, it might be okay...
My first impression was apple juice.
Maybe because it is a daiginjo, it is a beautiful sake, with no miscellaneous flavors at all.
