Sake Drinking at Rashai (3)
The next sake was Otters! We usually don't drink at such izakaya, but we were asked to compare this sake with the sake exported to the U.S., so we had some. To be honest, I could not tell the difference in taste, but I got the impression that the exported sake had a slightly lighter aftertaste. Both are stable and tasty, as is typical of Otters!
