Actually, I had a big turning point last year.
I received this sake🍶 from a junior colleague to celebrate.
I had been saving it for a long time and missed the chance to drink it.
I will drink it when the time is right 😊.
I haven't drank Otter since 40.5%.
The aroma is a gorgeous, sweet image of ginjo aroma,
Elegant and smooth on the palate,
Then the gentle umami and sweetness that spreads on the palate.
This clarity is delicious.
No wonder it has so many fans ✨.
I can't really buy it myself because it's so expensive.
I want to drink it again 🍶.
