The brewery is very close to the sea. Is there any influence of seawater?
It is delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The thickening of the sake enhances the sweetness. The aftertaste is dry.
I remember that the Aizan I drank before was also delicious. I wonder if Aizan is a good match for it.
