I bought this bottle when I was touring the liquor stores in Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture.
It had been sitting for a while, but I wanted to open a new one, and in the vein of Shizuoka local sake.
1,639 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 55%.
Fruity aroma. When I drank it...ah, it was sweet...! On top of that, it's insanely easy to drink! Too cosy!
They sold quite a variety of Kaiun on my trip to Shizuoka. I would love to drink the others.
At least the unfiltered Junmai Kaiun is my favorite.
