なぎすけ
Purchased for the holiday season.
It was labeled ⚠️ with a blowout warning, but I didn't blow it out.
I took a sip with a rice cracker in my hand.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a thick, smooth mouthfeel like doburoku.
It is quite dry, with a slight fruity taste, but a strong sense of alcohol.
The aftertaste disappears nicely, so drinking fatigue will be alleviated like doburoku.
When warmed, it has a mellow aroma like amazake (sweet sake).
The aroma does not disappear when you put it in your mouth.
The flavor of rice can be felt to the fullest.
The aftertaste is dry and refreshing.
Personally, I prefer it warmed.
