At New Year's Eve, drink at home.
The price is reasonable though it is a sake that takes a lot of time and effort. The price is very reasonable. I really bow down to the brewers. I managed to get over the difficult year of 2020, and even though I still feel uneasy, I was able to welcome the New Year peacefully. I'm grateful to be able to enjoy such a wonderful sake.
This is the first pressing, and it has a fruity, fresh taste that can only be drunk at this time of year. It has a good sense of gas and a refreshing aftertaste.
This time, I paired it with my homemade tortilla (Spanish omelet). It also goes well with Western food, and the 4-pack was empty in no time.
Oh, please give me another one!
