Ki no Hiyaoroshi. The brewery's signature name for the depth of flavor.
The Kagi is a brand I'm impressed with for its sharp spiciness, but I didn't find that in this one. For better or worse, it's refreshing and quiet.
I got it cold, but I think it would have been better lukewarm 😅.
