Popular sake is purchased at Morioka's Fukuroiya Sake Shop. I entered this store at random and was impressed by the wide selection of sake.
The sake has a nice ginjo aroma, a sweet rice flavor, and a firm but light taste on the palate. It finishes with a bitter taste and a nice sharpness. Delicious.
