KAIKAI: Although from the same brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture, the Shitaizumi I drank the other day had a more modern flavor, but this one has a less flashy aroma and flavor, and is more like a clean, easy-drinking, so-called "Shizuoka" local sake. It has the thickness of nigori, though. It is easy to drink, but it is still 17 degrees Celsius. Be careful not to drink too much.
Kaiun is a sake you can never go wrong with.
