タカI visited Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture, and purchased this wine after it was recommended to me by a female brewer for its delicious taste. It has a powerful flavor with a strong umami. I chilled it a little, but I thought it might be more effective at a higher temperature. It goes well with food, but it was also a good match with cheese. Delicious!
