Kyonan-cho Junmai-Ginjo Namazake Landslide rice 16 degrees, 60%. Hoda Elementary School in Kyonan Town, Chiba Prefecture and Wazo Shuzo Sake Brewery teamed up to use 100% locally grown landslide rice. I brewed a raw sake at I bought this last year and won the jackpot personally. But when I brought it to the Kinsho-kai (aka the Kinsho-kai), I was given a lot of bad luck. This year I bought it again, blinded it and brought it to the Kinsho-kai and it won second place out of 13 sakes! I would like you to pay attention to the miscellaneous taste. The rice with the dangerous name "landslide rice" has a strange bitter taste. It is an addictive and unique sake. One third of the town of Kyonan is designated as a landslide prevention area. In the rice paddies in this area, groundwater with trace amounts of minerals and other minerals, and heavy clay soil are the main sources of water for the rice.
