Tropical fruits, cream, and freshly baked sponge cake.
Smooth, transparent mouthfeel and bubbles dancing on the tongue.
A mass of sweetness reminiscent of molasses or baked goods.
The sweetness glides refreshingly down the throat as sweetness.
All that remains is a rich aroma and a bit of heat.
The aftertaste is graceful, as if there was no such thing as a rich sweetness.
It has the image of a "Western-style confectionery with a Japanese flavor," but the rich sweetness is not to everyone's taste.
If you prefer a rich and sweet Junmai Daiginjo, I highly recommend it.
